Processing & Shipping time
From the time we receive your order, package it, and the time it takes the postal office to deliver your package
Please allow 1-3 business days from the time you place your order for your order to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. It typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive.
USPS Delays
Occasionally, USPS, FEDEX, and UPS have delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any delays on their part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your local USPS, FEDEX, or UPS directly.

INVALID ADDRESSES
If you provide an incomplete or invalid address, the post office will send the mail back to us. Please take your time to correctly fill out the shipping information so your order won't be delayed to get to you.
